
Balekambang which is on the south coast of Java Island, located in Bantur district, about 65 km to the south of Malang. This beach has a coral landscape as far as 2,000 m with a width of about 200 m. There white sand stretches for 800 m and bordered by two cliffs on either side.
On this beach there are 3 small islands. The islands are located about 100 m from the shoreline, giving rise to charm others and make it worth the entry in the list of exciting vacation spot.
The three small islands were each given a name. Small islands are named Ismoyo, Anoman, and Wisanggeni. To reach these small islands, visitors can pass through 1 m wide bridge that connects the coast to the Island and Island Wisanggeni Ismoyo. From this bridge you can easily enjoy and explore the beauty offered by the small islands.
But unfortunately, the whole bridge was just the bridge that connects the beach with Ismoyo Island. On top of this Ismoyo island built a temple, very beautiful and majestic. Which later was named Pura Pura Ismoyo was inaugurated in October 1985. If it was high tide, you'll see an island with a beautiful puranya floating on the water. It's also what makes this beach then given the name Balekambang.
And in this temple sacred ceremonial events Jalanidhi Puja held every year. Local people also held annual ceremonies such as Suroan which attracted many domestic and foreign tourists to witness even follow it.
While in the coastal region adjacent to the island Anoman, there are also forest conversion. But to enter this area, visitors will be subject to ticket sign in again.
To achieve Balekambang Beach, you can choose the path of Malang-Gondanglegi and then proceed to the district Bantur. From here the journey continues down to the village Srigonco. You will not experience difficulties because in every street there are many signs pointing the way to this place. You can also via alternative pathways Malang-Kepanjen, straight up to the district Pagak, then turn left toward Bantur district.
Getting There
This beach can be reached via the District and Sub Gondanglegi Bantur, proceed to the village or through the District Kepanjen Srigonco, District Pagak turn left toward Sub Bantur to use the vehicle, either car or motorcycle.
Where to Stay
In the vicinity of the beach area there are simple bungalows you can rent. If you decide you want to do camping, it is also available around the ground amping Balekambang Beach area.
