National Batik Museum in Pekalongan, Central Java, until now collecting at least 1089 batik cloth of various motifs and patterns.

Manager National Museum Batik Pekalongan, Bilqis Diab, in Pekalongan, on Saturday, said a thousand more diversified collection of contemporary batik cloth, traditional, and the coast is derived from contributions Indonesian batik lovers.

Each year, according to him, the ancient batik collection will be exhibited in turn, given place to the exhibition is too narrow.
