Museum Balanga



Balanga Museum is located at Jalan Tjilik Riwut 2.5 km with an area of ​​approximately 5 (five) Ha. The museum is located in the city of Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan. And easy to visit because it is open every day from 8:00 to 12:00 pm, and no official guide. Pot Museum is acting as an institution preserving, documenting, and presenting the various collections of cultural heritage of the Dayak and everything related to the history of the life of the Dayak, as ethnografika, heritage items dayak that many have magical powers. In this museum also saved many traditional tools used by the Dayak tribe in the days of old like-Mihing-(a traditional fishing), clothes Karungkong Sulau sakarut or clothes, or clothes Basurat also commonly used in ritual ceremonies, weapons tribe Dayak like Saber, blowgun, Duhung, and so forth.
