Coban Talun

Coban Talun Bumiaji located in District, City of Stone. The road condition meunju location was not a smooth asphalt, but a rocky road but in my estimation is still quite safe to pass bergardan four wheel drive low. After passing through the gates of the tourist sites, road conditions turned into a dirt road and visitors can park his vehicle at various angles of repose grass parking area.

In addition to the waterfall tourist attraction of this location, there is also another tourist attraction in the form of Japanese cave. Unfortunately when I tried searching for the location of the cave has not been able to find given the lack of signboard. Finally, considering the time is getting late, I decided to go directly to the location of the waterfall only.

From the car park site, is required to walk approximately 1 km, crossing forests and rivers which turned out to be the top of the waterfall. The waterfall itself is located based riverbanks and to achieve it must pass through a winding dirt road beside the cliff. The condition of the trail is quite steep and because it is only made of land, then we can be sure will be very slippery when it rains arrive. Some of the roads are even already lost traps / soil ladder steps, turned into a steep slope land in need of extra attention so as not to slip or fall when crossed.

Arriving based cliffs, numerous large white stones seem to dominate the content stream. Basic waterfall is located hidden behind large boulders. Need own struggle to get past these boulders, sometimes considering the distance between the stones are separated by a stone cliff that, although not high but steep enough to jump over.

Arrive based waterfall, I noticed that the overflow of the water storage pond is not deep. Though the waterfall height Coban Talun high enough, according to my estimate of about 50 meters. but the discharge water that is not so great may be the reason why the water overflow storage pool is not deep. This deficiency would be an advantage because the children can play freely in the pond water with shelter. Clear and cold water flowing in a shallow river, is enough to invite the children to play.

But taking the kids this farm, is to be considered again, because of steep cliffs and road conditions are not good would be a barrier in itself, especially when traveling through it. With the road conditions are bad practically effort to climb even more difficult, if not rare ascent was done by fours to avoid slipping. So when taking the kids will experience inconvenience concern to maintain the safety of yourself and the kids are climbing the cliff on the way back to the parking location.
