Awelolong White Sand Island is a beautiful little island and white sand located in the northern city of Lewoleba which has a unique characteristic of the island appears only during a tide, and visitors can get snails / shells by scraping or digging sand as deep as 5 cm to 10 cm. The entire island contains various types of snails / shells. So the island is often called the island snails.
