The site is located in the Village Pacekke Pacekke, District Soppeng Riaja. Approximately 27 km to the north of the capital Barru. This place has historically had a large role in the process of formation of the republic, especially in the scope of South Sulawesi and Southeast Sulawesi.
In the days of physical revolution (January 20, 1947), where this took place Pacekke conference that followed the leaders of paramilitary South Sulawesi and Southeast Sulawesi.
